When you return a fulfilled item, refunds are issued to Paytm Wallet or Bank Account via NEFT or UPI. You will need to update the following information to process your refund.

Bank Account Number

IFSC Code

Account Holders Name

Bank Name

Branch

The refund cannot be processed to third-party accounts. Refund will be processed in 2 business days after receiving the product and will be credited to your account in 3 business days.

UPI: You need to provide UPI address (eg. xyzname@upi )
